DO NOT REPOST OR REUSE ANYWHERE PLEASE.

Another Ciel chibi...
Used two programs, Photoshop and Corel Painter... I personally think it looks better than the other ones so I will continue to both programs.

Don't have any internet access right now so I'm doing this at my friends right now. If I don't respond to any comments I apologize, I will respond when I get my internet back.

Also if anyone has a better name for it please note me
